“My client was found at 3:30am by the Dallas Police Department passed out cold in the front seat of his car. The Dallas Police Department had to shake him in order to wake him. His car was still parked in front of the club where he had been drinking. A criminal conviction was not an option in his career field so I set the case for trial. The prosecution was uneasy with the idea of a trial and all charges were dismissed.”
